Healthy Tummies Seminar, Sydney

Saturday 10th November, 2012

With the increasing prevalence of dairy and/or gluten intolerance (and allergies) for adults and children alike, it’s time to cover the basics of how diet contributes to good gut health and an allergy free, healthy immune system. We will look at specific probiotic and prebiotic foods that are particularly effective for supporting digestive and immune health. We will also look at the fundamentals of cooking and baking dairy and or gluten free foods that are nourishing and delicious.

Dr Rosalba Courtney is an osteopath, naturopath and an expert in breathing therapy who has over 30 years of experience working with children with allergies, asthma, digestive, learning and developmental problems. She is a passionate advocate for raising healthy children naturally, using the fundamental elements of nourishing food, proper breathing and attention to proper structural development.

Whole and Natural Foods Chef Jude Blereau, author of “Wholefood”, “Coming Home to Eat – Wholefood for the Family” and “Wholefood for Children – Nourishing Young Children with Whole and Organic Foods” will discuss the fundamentals of cooking and baking dairy and/ or gluten free foods that are whole, nourishing and delicious.

All notes and recipes will be supplied, with a delicious gluten and/or dairy free afternoon tea made by Jude.
